We are not planning to publish conference proceedings. At the same time, we have reached an agreement with the editorial board of the JETP journal (Sov. ZhETF, http://jetp.ac.ru) that they will organize a special thematic section dedicated to the “Quarks” workshops in 2021. All speakers are invited to submit contributions to the "Quarks" section of JETP via the site http://jetp.ac.ru or by email jetp@kapitza.ras.ru. These contributions will be considered as regular journal articles and therefore subjected to the standard peer-review procedures.
The Seminar is organized by the Institute for Nuclear Research of RAS, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Azimut Hotel Pereslavl and Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
