The venue for the conference is AZIMUT Park Hotel Pereslavl. Participants are invited to book their accommodation directly at the hotel. An exclusive rate has been negotiated for conference participants: 4000 rubles per night for a single room and 5100 rubles per night for a double room, with breakfast included. Prices for Monday and Thursday are slightly higher to include welcome party and banquet. Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks (3080 rubles for Sunday 19th and 3850 rubles for every next day) will be included in conference fee.

Specify that you are the participant of the QUARKS-2024 Seminar. If payment will proceed through your organization than specify bank account details of your organization. If you are bringing accompanying persons, please include them when making your booking. The hotel will issue a separate invoice for them.
We also advise participants to check their booking details to avoid any issues regarding reimbursement from their organizations.
There will be funds to support limited number of young participants of the Seminar.
