The Organizing committee will provide two coffee-breaks and two meals (lunch and dinner) every day which will be served at the Conference site (Cosmos Petrozavodsk Hotel). There will be two Conference events on the evenings of Monday and Thursday. Everything above are supposed to be covered by the Conference fee, which is calculated personally depending on the participation dates.
The daily fees in Russian rubles are:
Mon: 5400 RUB (includinfg VAT 22% - 973,77 RUB)
Tue: 3200 (includinfg VAT 22% - 577,05 RUB)
Wed: 3200 (includinfg VAT 22% - 577,05 RUB)
Thu: 7000 (includinfg VAT 22% - 1262,30 RUB)
Fri: 3200 (includinfg VAT 22% - 577,05 RUB)
